What I do has been described as Motivational, Personal Transformation, and Personal Growth Work, as well as Inspirational.
Can you help me break my bad habits?
Our habits define our lives - for better or for worse. Conscious awareness of what we do and why is the beginning of taking control of our lives. Yes, with sufficient motivation, each of us can change our habitual patterns and choose new habits that bring greater satisfaction and happiness, as well as a healthier lifestyle. While positive thinking plays a part, designing one's future and consciously living into that future is key to creating healthy habits. Stress and anger are habitual reactions to everyday life. With motivation and practice, these habits can be modified.
I'm in a 12-step program such as Alcoholics Anonymous. Is your approach compatible with my recovery?
Absolutely. A number of our subscribers are in addiction recovery or managing their sobriety. The Serenity Prayer well describes our fundamental beliefs.
